    摘要:本课题选用纳米颗粒,通过配方研究及调整制备芳香性抗菌剂,并对其抗菌性进行测试。考察了乳化剂类型、油脂类型、增稠剂用量等对芳香型皮革抗菌剂乳液外观和体系稳定性的影响;重点地考察了精油和纳米颗粒用量对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和黑曲霉菌的抑菌性的影响,最终获得最优芳香型皮革抗菌剂的制备配方。结果表明,当芳香精油含量为2.0%时,其抑菌圈测量大小为选用精油比例中最高者。当乳化剂Span用量为1.5%与Tween用量为2.0%时,乳化性能最优,离心测试体系稳定性为最优者。通过电子显微镜图显示其颗粒呈现球状,形态较为均匀。当纳米颗粒用量0.5%与精油2.0%共同存在情况下,其抑菌圈范围连带6mm滤纸片,霉菌平均达19mm,金黄色葡萄球菌达14mm,大肠杆菌达11mm。其中,采用纳米粉体与未采用纳米粉体的配方体系通过抗菌测试,抑菌圈大2mm。当油脂选用种类为合成油脂中液态油脂类型且添加比例低于5.0%时,体系具有良好的稳定性,优于固态油脂,且具良好防腐性能。同时,将该抗菌剂喷涂于皮革表面,其有较好的赋香效果,能够在一定程度上改善皮革本体不良气息。终配方通过抗菌测试显示有明显的抑菌圈范围,表明该配方有抑菌效果。29164

    Study on the preparation of an aromatic leather antibacterial agent
    Abstract:In this paper,the antibacterial agents were prepared by the adjustment of formulation which selected the nano particles that can test the antibacterial activity. Through consulting the relevant literature, combined with the existing knowledge skills, determining the based formulation of appropriate antimicrobial agents in the exploration. The stability of the antibacterial agent was investigated, such as the amount of grease, the dosage of thickener, the amount of emulsifier, etc and and the influence of the amount of essential oil and nano on the antibacterial effect of the single factor, so as to get the best preparation process and the best antibacterial properties for the formula selection. The stability of the antibacterial agent was observed by the centrifuge, the morphology of the surface of the antibacterial agent of aromatic leather was observed by SEM,and antibacterial effect of antimicrobial agents was measured by antimicrobial ring method. The results show, when the thyme oil content of this antibacterial agent was added to 2% which had the largest antimicrobial circle measurement range. When the dosage of emulsifier Span and Tween were 1.5% and 2.0%, the emulsifying property of emulsifier was excellent. The stability of the centrifugal test system was the best one. And also, the scanning electron microscope showed that the particles were spherical and the morphology was uniform. Through antibacterial testing, the antibacterial ring of  this formulation system which had silver nanoparticles was larger 2mm than which hadn’t silver nanoparticles. When silver nanoparticles 2% and essential oil 0.5% exist simultaneously, and the 6mm range of filter paper pieces was included, and the range of antimicrobial activity was detailed. The average antimicrobial circle of the mold was 19mm, Staphylococcus aureus reached 14mm, Escherichia coli reached 11mm.At the same time, the antibacterial agent is sprayed on the surface of the leather, which has good aromatic effect, and can improve the bad breath of the leather in a certain extent. The final formula of the antibacterial test showed obvious inhibition zone, which showed that the formula had the effect of antibacterial.
