    In accordance with the established process, the design selects the process parameters of structures (including the grating,adjusting tank,primary settling tank, Hydrolysis acidification tank,floatation tank,cyclic activated sludge system,and sludge thickening tank) and calculates the main size, the hydraulic loss, and finished of Introduction of  Design Process, Process Flow Diagram, Factory Layout and Main Monomer Structure Map.
    Hydrolysis acidification process is a way between the aerobic and anaerobic treatment methods, and the combined with other process that can reduce the cost of processing and improve the processing efficiency,changes refractory organics into easily biodegradable organics.The cyclic activated sludge process,it base on the sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process,increases a biological selector at the inlet side of the sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process to make continuous flow intermittent drainage come true,we can use long time aeration reach the discharge standards when the influent concentration is high,thus,this system have good impact resistance, and good precipitation effect,at the same time,is not easy to generate the problem of sludge bulking.And the process is simple, small footprint, and the advantages of low investment. So the antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater using hydrolytic acidification-cyclic activated sludge system will achieve a better treatment effect.
    The design is technically feasible and economically reasonable results.The hydrolysis acidification method is usually used in combined treatment process, the cyclic activated sludge system’s process is simple and civil engineering costs less and easy to operation and management,,has a high degree of automations reduce the labor cost.Thus, the whole process have the advantages of ess investment, operation stably,less twice time pollution,good treatment effect and low power consumption,at the same time reach the the outlet standards.
    After treatment, the wastewater is expected to achieve<fermentation pharmaceutical industrial water pollutant discharge standard> (GB21903-2008) emission standards at the national level:CODcr ≤ 120mg/L, BOD5 ≤ 40mg/L, SS ≤ 60mg/L, PH; 6~9, NH3-N ≤ 35mg/ L.So that make the polluted water’s quality improved greatly.To achieve the purpose for eliminate pollution, protect environment, service for human beings.
