摘要最近几年,我国的乳制品行业快速发展,但乳品废水的污染问题越来越突出。首先 它的有机物浓度较高,直接排放会导致环境严重的污染。而且水质水量随着时间变化波 动性较大,但是由于易生物降解,可生化性好,所以可以高效处理后排放。83172
本工程是乳品废水的处理设计,处理后出水排放必须符合国家《污水综合排放标准》 (GB8978-2012)。根据本工程的设计要求和国内外现阶段的处理经验,本设计采用水解 酸化池加生物接触池的处理方法。具体流程是:污水依次经过格栅、调节池、气浮池、 水解酸化池、生物接触氧化池、竖流沉淀池及污泥浓缩池。
本毕业设计主要包括构筑物、污泥部分的设计计算,平面布置图、高程图布置,主 要建筑物图纸及经济估算。
本工艺处理流程简单,处理效果好,占地面积较小,且节约成本以及人工。

Abstract In recent years, with the development of the dairy industry, the problem of dairy wastewater pollution is getting more and more prominent, if you discharge the wastewater directly then them will be harmful to the environment, cause of its high concentrations of organic matter。 And the dairy wastewater quality and quantity change over time, but cause of that it is easy to biochemical degradation, so we can treat the wastewater efficiently。
The paper is dairy wasterwater treatment process design , the discharge wastewater must meet the class Ⅰ of national wastewater discharge standard (GB8978-2012) after the
treatment 。 According to the requirements of the design and combing with commonly used process of dairy wastewater treatment at home and abroad。 The design we choose the treatment with hydrolysis acidification pool and biological contact oxidation pool。 The specitic process shows that the dairy wastewater goes through grille, adjusting pool , air flotation pool,hydrolysis pool , biological contact oxidation pool , setting basin and sludge concentration pool。
The paper includes the calculation of structures and sludge concentration, the arrangement plane and elevation drawing, and another at least three drawings of main structures and the estimation of economic。
The treatment process design is concise but it dose good effects。 It accounts for a small area, less investment and cost saving。
