摘要本次设计题目是某中药厂污水处理工艺设计,主要任务是设计一整套工艺流程以 及污水处理构筑物设计,使得经过此工艺处理的废水能够达标排放。

随着经济的快速发展和人们对健康的关注程度不断提高,中药厂的数量和生产规 模不断提高,同时产生的中药厂生产废水的量也越来越大。中药厂废水所含有的有机 物多,属于较难处理的高浓度有机废水。现今国家越来越重视环保,此类废水必须要 经过处理达标才能排放。设计采用两级处理方式,一级处理主要采用物理法,二级处 理主要采用生物法。通过气浮池将密度较小的物质去除,再经过 UASB 处理后,将中 药厂废水通过 SBR 池,可以有效地去除 BOD 和 COD。该方案处理后的出水符合中华人 民共和国国家《中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》 (GB21906-2008)现有企业水 污染物排放浓度限值及单位产品基准排水量。83173

设计确定了中药厂废水的工艺流程图并对每一处理构筑物进行了合理的设计和 计算。采用 Auto CAD 软件对甘油精制废水处理厂的工艺流程、平面布置、管路布置 及主要构筑物剖面图等进行了绘制。经过这一整套工艺流程之后,出水水质可以达到 标准排放。既保护了环境,又可以促进经济又好又快发展。

With the rapid development of economy and the increasing concern for people's health,The number and scale of Chinese herbal medicine plants are constantly increasing, and the amount of wastewater produced by the traditional Chinese medicine factory is also increasing。Chinese medicine factory wastewater containing organic matter is more difficult to deal with the high concentration of organic wastewater treatment。Nowadays, the country is paying more and more attention to environmental protection。 This kind of waste water must be treated up to the standard。The design adopts two stage treatment, the first stage treatment mainly uses the physical method, the two stage treatment mainly uses the biological method。 Through the air flotation tank will be less dense material removal, and then after UASB treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine  factory wastewater through the SBR pool, you can effectively remove the BOD and COD。 After the treatment of effluent with the people's Republic of China national the category of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical industry water pollutants discharge standard "GB21906-2008 existing enterprises water pollutant emission concentration limit value and unit, the base displacement。

Design and determine the process flow chart of the wastewater of the traditional Chinese medicine factory and the reasonable design and calculation of each treatment structure。 CAD Auto software was used to draw the process flow, layout, piping layout and main structures of the refined wastewater treatment plant。 After this process, the effluent quality can reach the standard。 Both protect the environment, but also can promote the sound and fast economic development。
