摘要随着新世纪的来临，周围的环境不断地发生着变化，人们对这些变化也更的加的关注，特别是环境和健康。所以本文就针对这些难处理的可能危害人类生活环境以及人身健康的医药废水进行了细致的研究，并且做出了处理工艺设计。悬浮及漂浮物质、有机物、放射性污染物以及一些病原体等这些常见和高危的物质或病菌构成了医药污水的主要污染物质。放任其随意排放必然会导致如下的严重的问题：疾病蔓延、威胁健康、导致收纳水体污染等。与工业废水相比医院污水具有排放量小，污染性强的特点。针对这些特点对镇江市某中医院的污水处理工艺进行分析和研究，最后采用了SBR的生物方式对其处理。依据现有文献以及国内外的研究分析，针对特殊类型医院（包括除染病医院、其他专业病医院）及综合医院的污水提出了三个层次的处理方法：1、一级处理，2、二级处理，3、整合强化的生物处理外加污泥处理。81528

SBR(序批式活性污泥法)和消毒工艺配合处理医院污水使得各项指标得到良好的处理效果。并且绘制了医院处理工艺的平面布置图、高程图、主要构筑物详图等。

Abstract With the advent of the new century, the surrounding environment is constantly changing, people are more concerned about these changes, especially the environment and health。 So this article focused on these difficult to deal with the possible harm to human living environment and the health of the pharmaceutical waste water which has been studied in detail, and made the treatment process design。 Suspended and floating substances, organic matter, radioactive pollutants, and some pathogens, such as these common and high risk substances or bacteria constitute the main pollutants of the pharmaceutical wastewater。 Letting it free emissions will inevitably lead to serious problems as follows: the spread of the disease, the threat of health, leading to the storage of water pollution。 Compared with the industrial wastewater, the hospital sewage has the characteristics of small discharge and high pollution。 According to these characteristics, the wastewater treatment process of a traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Zhenjiang was analyzed and studied, and the treatment of SBR was adopted in the end。 Based on the existing literature and the domestic and foreign research analysis, for special types of hospitals (including sewage in infectious disease hospital and other major diseases hospital )and general hospital put forward the method of three levels: 1, primary treatment, 2, two treatment, 3, the integration of enhanced biological treatment plus sludge treatment。

SBR (sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process) and disinfection process combined with the treatment of hospital sewage so that the indicators have a good treatment effect。 And draw the hospital treatment process layout, elevation map, the main structures in detail and so on。
