    摘要:工业废水对我们现生存环境和生存空间造成了严重的危害,药废水的水质颇为复杂并且浓度比较高,是目前工业废水的来源之一,工业废水的处理问题是人们现阶段最亟待解决的问题,相较于好氧工艺的对高浓度的污染物处理效率低下、易受冲击负荷等因素的影响、处理高浓度废水的耗能也较高的情况。厌氧废水处理技术则具有良好的发展前景,是能源回收,生态良性循环利用和集环境保护综合为一体的高效处理技术。在这一处理技术中,UASB反应器正是因为具有紧凑的结构,搅拌不需要机械化,处理的能力强、在运行过程中花费投资少,处理的效果高,容积和水力负荷高,在启动与运行时稳定,三相分离的问题能够被得到非常好地处理,所以它在处理高浓度有机工业废水的中得到了广泛的应用。42732

    本课题主要是对UASB厌氧反应器的各项影响因素进行优化处理,UASB反应器在运行当中会受到很多因素的影响,这些因素大致分为两种,一种是环境因素另外一种是操作因素,其中环境因素主要包括温度、碱度、PH、营养元素、氧化还原电位、可降解性以及有毒物质等,操作因素主要有水力停留时间、处理的容积负荷以及污泥停留时间等。

    实验表明,UASB厌氧反应器的在温度为33±2度,水力停留时间(HRT)为24h,PH为6.8~7.8,回流比为4,碱度为900mg/l, COD:N:P在200:5:1~400:5:1,UASB厌氧反应器COD去除率最高,并且由40.9%提高至61.2%,废水处理效率提高了二十个百分点,达到了UASB厌氧反应器的优化效果。

    Study on Process Optimization of UASB anaerobic reactor

    This object is mainly on the factors UASB anaerobic reactor to optimize processing, UASB reactor during operation will be affected by many factors, these factors roughly pided into two types, one is another environmental factor is the operating factors, environmental factors, including temperature, alkalinity, PH, nutrients, redox potential, biodegradable and toxic substances, the main operational factors HRT treatment volume load and sludge retention time.
