    摘要通过盆栽法,研究硅肥,羟基磷灰石和骨炭复合阻控剂添加对重金属污染土壤中蔬菜生长及过氧化氢酶(CAT),过氧化物酶(POD)和丙二醛(MAD的影响。实验表明:生菜和菠菜的株高,可食部位和根部的鲜重和干重均高于对照组,说明高含量的硅肥,羟基磷灰石和骨炭的复合阻控剂能促进生菜和菠菜的生长。POD,CAT活性均高于对照组,而MDA的含量低于对照组。就MDA而言,高含量的硅肥和羟基磷灰石的复合阻控剂对生菜作用较大,而适当含量的硅肥,高含量的羟基磷灰石和骨炭对菠菜作用较大;对CAT活性来说,高含量的羟基磷灰石对生菜作用较大,而高含量的硅肥,羟基磷灰石以及骨炭的复合作用对菠菜作用较大;对POD活性来说,适量的硅肥和含量高的羟基磷灰石,骨炭的复合阻控剂对生菜过氧化氢酶活性作用较大,而高含量的硅肥和羟基磷灰石对菠菜作用较大。47815

    Abstract: 

    Using potting experiment method, It was researched about the influence on vegetables growth,the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of catalase (CAT)and peroxidase (POD) affected by addition of composite inhibitor into soil with heavy metal contamination.The results show that lettuce and spinach plant height, edible parts and roots fresh weight and dry weight are higher than the control group, which indicates that high silicon fertilizer, hydroxyapatite and charcoal composite inhibitors can promote the growth of lettuce and spinach. As can be seen from the findings, POD and CAT are higher than the control group, but MDA is lower than the control group. As for MDA, high silicon fertilizer and hydroxyapatite composite inhibitors exert bigger influence on the lettuce. however, proper silicon fertilizer and high hydroxyapatite and charcoal compound inhibitors have bigger effect on the spinach. As for CAT, high hydroxyapatite have great influence on the growth of spinach lettuce. However, high silicon fertilizer, hydroxyapatite and charcoal composite inhibitors have great influence on the growth of spinach. As for the POD, proper silicon fertilizer and high hydroxyapatite and charcoal composite inhibitors have great influence on the lettuce catalase activity, however high silicon fertilizer and hydroxyapatite have bigger effect on spinach.
