    摘要教师的教学能力是教师素质最重要的组成部分,直接影响教育教学的效果。深入了解教师教学能力的发展规律,对教师教学能力的有效培养、提升具有重要的意义。本文以学习进阶理论为指导,在文献研究的基础上,尝试提出中学化学教师教学能力学习进阶,包括学科素养、教学知识、教学设计、教学实施、教学研究、个人特质6个要素,以及感知、基本、掌握、熟练、精通、杰出6个水平,论文具体描述各要素在各水平上教学能力的特质。并选择3位不同水平化学教师进行访谈,以了解所建构的学习进阶的合理性及改进建议。访谈结果表明,通过理论建立的“中学化学教师教学能力学习进阶模型”具有合理性,其水平分类和描述和教师教学能力的发展基本一致。学习进阶在一定程度上揭示了教师教学能力发展的规律,对教师教育课程设置、教学培训、评价以及教师的专业发展具有参考价值和实际意义。论文最后提出一些建议。 50445

    Abstract Teachers' teaching competency is the most important part of teachers' quality, directly affects the effect of the education teaching. A thorough understanding of teachers' teaching competencies development rule, the effective training of teachers' teaching competencies, has the vital significance. This paper to study advanced theory as the instruction, on the basis of literature research, try to learn advanced high school chemistry teachers' teaching competencies, including academic accomplishment, teaching knowledge, teaching design, teaching implementation, teaching research, 6 factors, personal traits, as well as the perception, basic, proficient and skilled, and prominent 6 levels, paper describing the specific elements in each level teaching competencies. And select three different level of chemistry teacher interviews, to understand the rationality of the constructed by learning advanced and Suggestions for improvement. Interview result shows that through the theory of “middle school chemistry teachers' learning progressions of teaching competencies” has the rationality, the level of classification and description and the development of teachers' teaching competencies. Learning advanced to a certain extent, reveals the rules of the development of teachers' teaching competencies of teachers' education curriculum, teaching and training, evaluation, and teachers' professional development has reference value and practical significance. The paper finally puts forward some suggestions.
