摘要:结合燃气领域的相关标准、制度和对生产经济性的分析,对聚乙烯燃气管材件进行设计,实现万吨级以上的规模化生产,以满足我国西南广大地区城市日益增长的燃气管道需求,加快我国燃气管道建设进程。
本设计包括主要生产工艺、配方设计、设备选型、原料的选择及物料衡算等内容。明确了各类PE的性能以及选用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)作为原材料的优点。采用工艺流程为:通过压缩空气管道自动上料方式将原材料送入挤出机中,经复合共挤机头得到管材及其标识线,然后通过真空定径方式确定直径,再经冷却喷淋、牵引、定长切割得到成品。在经过工艺参数主要包括温度、挤出速率、牵引速率等。经过实验,发现选取的配方能够满足安全、持续、稳定生产,投产后产品各项指标初步满足设计要求,可实现规模化投产。50513

Design of Workshop production for Polyethylene gas pipe with Annual output of ten thousand tons
Abstract: Combined with gas field of the relevant standards, systems and on the economics of production analysis, design of polyethylene gas pipe, realize a large-scale production million tons and above, to meet the demand for gas pipeline in Southwest China, the majority of urban areas growing, accelerate our country gas pipe construction process.
The design includes the main production process, formula design, equipment selection, material selection and material balance calculation and so on. The performance of various types of PE and the advantages of high density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw materials are defined. By process: by compressed air pipeline automatic feed raw materials into the extruder, the composite co extrusion nose get pipe and its mark, then by vacuum set size to determine the diameter, the spray cooling, drawing and cutting to obtain the finished product. In the process parameters, including temperature, extrusion rate, traction rate,etc. Through the experiment, the selected formula can meet the safety,continuous and stable production, and the product of the initial production meets the design requirements,so scale production can be realized .
