摘要壳聚糖是自然界大量存在的氨基多糖,其来源广泛、天然无毒、可生物降解,被 广泛用于很多领域。然而壳聚糖没有水溶性,因此通过接枝亲水性基团,可以制备其 水溶性的衍生物,改善这一缺点。通过接枝制备得到的羟丙基壳聚糖具有良好的生物 相容性和水溶性,但其力学性能较弱,因此将其与生物相容性相对较弱而力学性能强 的聚乙烯醇进行共混交联,得到一种性能更为稳定优良的共混材料,能够更好的应用 于生物医学工程领域。83371

本文,首先采用壳聚糖为原料,将壳聚糖纯化并碱化处理,然后与 1,2-环氧丙烷 反应,采用不同反应温度,制备羟丙基壳聚糖,通过对性能分析,选出最佳反应方案 大量制备羟丙基壳聚糖。对产物羟丙基壳聚糖的水溶性、粘度和红外光谱等性能和结 构进行测定和表征。其次,对羟丙基壳聚糖产物与聚乙烯醇采用溶液共混并交联的方 法,制备不同配比和不同交联度的共混海绵。对共混海绵进行吸水率、溶胀率、力学 性能和红外光谱的测定分析。

产物羟丙基壳聚糖的性能和红外测试结果表明,羟丙基的取代效果良好,产物具 有良好的水溶性,在 30℃的反应条件下,制备得到粘度相对较大的羟丙基壳聚糖。 五种不同配比海绵的测试结果表明,羟丙基壳聚糖比例高的海绵吸水率和溶胀率较 好,含聚乙烯醇比例高的海绵力学性能较好。五种不同交联度的海绵测试结果表明, 交联剂 1,4—丁二醇二缩水甘油醚用量为羟丙基壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇总摩尔数的 2%时, 海绵的综合性能最优。

Abstract Chitosan is the amino polysaccharide which abounds in nature。 It is widely used in many fields because of its excellent properties, such as non-toxic harmless, biocompatibility, biodegradablity。 However,chitosan has no water solubility, so it can be used to prepare the water soluble  derivatives  by  grafting hydrophilic  groups。  By grafting  copolymerization,

hydroxypropyl chitosan has a good biological compatibility and water soluble, but the mechanical properties become weaker。 Therefore, its biological compatibility is relatively weak and strong mechanical properties of polyvinyl alcohol for blending and crosslinking。 If its performance is more stable and excellent blending materials, can be better applied in the field of biomedical engineering。

In this paper, firstly, the chitosan as raw material should be purified alkaline treatment, then prepared hydroxypropyl chitosan with 1,2-epoxypropane at different temperatures。 Analysis to choose the optimum scheme of preparation of hydroxypropyl chitosan。 The water solubility, viscosity properties, structure and infrared spectra of the product of hydroxypropyl chitosan should be measured and characterized。 Secondly, using hydroxypropyl chitosan and polyvinyl alcohol prepares blend sponges with different proportions and different degree of crosslinking。 The water rate, swelling ratio, mechanical properties and infrared spectra of the blending sponge should determined and analyzed。

The performance of hydroxypropyl chitosan and infrared testing results show that the Hydroxypropyl Substitution Effect is good, and the product has a good water solubility。 The viscosity of the hydroxypropyl chitosanunder prepared at 30℃ is relatively large。 Five

kind of different proportion of sponge test results show that, the bibulous rate and swelling rate of the high proportion of hydroxypropyl chitosan sponge are better, and  the mechanical properties of the sponge with high proportion of PVA is better。 Five different degrees of crosslinking sponge test results show that the amount of crosslinking agent  is 2% hydroxypropyl chitosan and polyvinyl alcohol total molar number, sponge comprehensive performance optimal。
