    摘要:化学镀,一般指化学镀Ni-P合金,是采用镍盐和还原剂在同一溶液中进行的自催化氧化一还原反应。本文详细的介绍了化学复合镀从而引出了化学复合镀中最重要的一项,化学复合镀镍,即为本论文的重点研究实验。化学镀镍作为获得非晶态镍基态合金材料的最经济的方法之一,在很多领域中有着广泛的作用。
        镀液的镀速和含磷量是高磷化学镀液的两个重要指标。实验表明,一般情况下,这两个指标的增加在很多情况下是相反矛盾的,含磷量会随温度的升高镀速的增快而降低,所以,高磷化学镀不可能有很高的镀速。    本文从技术的角度,从化学镀的机理出发,通过对镀液的组份和控制工艺条件两个方面,得到最优化的化学镀镍液工艺配方,根据优化方案,添加石墨烯,并对镀层的微观形貌,能谱等进行分析研究,对镀层进行XRD,显微硬度,孔隙率,沉积速度等测试,根据测试结果,可以看出石墨烯后得到的镍磷镀层显微硬度较镍磷镀层有所提高,但耐腐蚀性未有较大改变,比较难在基体上沉积,在高温热处理后,镀层的结合力降低明显,所以提高镀层的结合力是以后研究的重点。8175

    Prepare the electroless composite coating with graphene and research the performance
    Abstract:Chemical plating, refers to chemistry nickel plating phosphorus alloy gener ally, is uses the nickle salt and reducing agent carries on in the identical solution from the catalyzed oxidation-electronation reaction. This paper describes the electroless composite plating, and lead to which is the most important one, Chemistry nickel plating. The focus of this paper is the experimental. Chemistry nickel plating achievement obtains one of non-crystalline state nickel base alloy mated almost economical methods, Has the widespread application in the multitudinous domain. These two targets are resist in very many situations, is contradictory.
    Experiments show that, generally, the fluid to plate fast and contains the phosphorus quantity is the high phosphorus chemical plating fluid two important targets.Amount of phosphorus deposition rate with increasing temperature decreases faster growth, there fore the high  phosphorus chemical plating is impossible to have very high plates fast.
    Present paper from technical angle, embarks from the chemical plating mechanism, through to plates the fluid component and plates the fluid craft condition. Obtains optimize the draft formula. According to the optimization plan, add graphene,study on the coating microstructure, energy spectrum and so on. Test the coating for XRD, hardness, porosity, deposition speed. According to the test results, it can be seen that the resulting nickel-phosphorus plating over nickel-phosphorus coating micro-hardness increased after re-adding graphene, but the corrosion resistance did not change quite drastically, more difficult to deposit on the substrate. After heat treatment at high temperatures, coating adhesion significantly lower, Therefore, to improve coating adhesion is the focus of future research.
