摘要:本文采用阳极氧化法制备氧化铈薄膜,对制备阳极氧化铈薄膜的电解质溶液的种类、电流密度、温度和氨水浓度进行了研究,研究了这些工艺参数对氧化铈薄膜的厚度的影响;研究了热处理温度和时间对氧化铈薄膜晶型结构的影响。分别用SEM、XRD和IR对氧化铈薄膜进行表征,并测定了不同温度下氧化铈薄膜的电导率。研究结果表明:以Na2C2O4-氨水-水乙二醇溶液为电解质溶液制备氧化铈薄膜较佳的工艺条件为:温度24℃,氨水浓度4.1mol·L-1,电流密度0.5mA/cm2。在该条件下制备的氧化铈薄膜厚度达到21μm。当温度为550℃时,氧化铈薄膜的电导率为7.4×10-5 S·cm-1。SEM结果表明:氧化铈薄膜的表面为多孔结构。XRD结果表明:用阳极氧化法制得的氧化铈薄膜是立方萤石结构的CeO2。对阳极氧化铈薄膜进行400℃热处理2h后,CeO2晶型完整。IR结果表明:阳极氧化法制备的氧化铈薄膜表面吸附着水和乙二醇,经过300℃热处理后氧化铈薄膜表面的水和乙二醇脱附。61912

Preparation and characterization of Cerium Oxide Membranes

Abstract:In this paper, anodized cerium membrane was prepared by anodization method. The technological parameters on thickness of anodized cerium membrane were studied, as follows, types of electrolyte, current density, ammonia concentration, temperature. The technological parameters on thickness of anodized cerium membrane doped were studied.The effects of heat-treated temperature and time on phase structure of anodized cerium membrane were studied. The effects of heat-treated temperature on phase structure of anodized cerium membrane doped were studied. Surface morphology, composition and phase structure of anodized cerium membrane were characterized by SEM, EDX, XRD and IR respectively while conductivity were measured.The research results showed that the best process conditions for the preparation of cerium oxide membranes in sodium oxalate -ammonia - glycol electrolyte are studied, as follows: the temperature is 24, ammonia concentration is 4.1mol·L-1, current density is 0.5mA/cm2. The thickness of cerium oxide film prepare was 21μm under this condition. When the temperature was 550℃, the electrical conductivity of cerium oxide membrane was 7.4×10-5 S·cm-1. The results of SEM showed that the surface of cerium oxide film was porous structure. The results of XRD and EDX showed that the anodized cerium oxide membrane prepared was cubic fluorite structure composed CeO2.The crystal of CeO2 is completed after it was calcined at 400℃ for 2 hours. The results of IR showed that the ethylene glycol and water was adsorbented on surface of cerium oxide membrane which was prepared by anodization. Ethylene glycol and water were desorbed on the surface of cerium oxide membrane the ethylene glycol and water was adsorbented on surface of cerium oxide membrane which was prepared by anodization. Ethylene glycol and water were desorbed on the surface of cerium oxide membrane.

The innovation points of this paper: anodized cerium membrane prepared in sodium oxalate - ammonia - ethylene glycol aqueous solution had not been reported yet.
