摘要多环芳烃是我国城市污泥中的典型有机污染物,是危害严重的污染物之一,其具有致畸形性和致癌性,对生物体的生存有着极大的威胁。污泥中的多环芳烃是土地利用的限制性因素之一,对多环芳烃的降解研究是人们越来越关心的问题。现已有研究表明多环芳烃在堆肥过程中能产生不同程度的降解,但是对于不同微生物菌剂对污泥中多环芳烃的处理效果的研究还不是很完善。本文在此背景下选用五种菌剂,利用恒温好氧发酵的方式,通过对降解率的研究,筛选出五种菌剂中降解多环芳烃的最优菌。结果表明如金环保专用原液在五种菌剂中的效果最佳。69301

Microbial agents degradation of PAHs in sludge during aerobic fermentation
Abstract
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are typical organic pollutants in municipal sludge. They are one of the severely harmful pollutants. They have teratogenic and carcinogenic and make a great threat to organism's survival. PAHs is one of the limiting factors of sludge land use. Degradation of PAHs in sludge is an issue of growing concern. Now studies have shown that in the composting process PAHs can be degraded in different degree, but research for different microbial agents degradation of PAHs in sludge treatment is inadequate. Under this background, five microbial agents for aerobic fermentation were chosen in this paper. The optimal bacteria was filtered out according to the degradation efficiency. The results show that Rujin special solution of environmental protection has the best degradation effect among the five selected microbial agents.
