设计总说明:本设计中,某印染公司产生的废水量为1500m3/d,污水中主要污染指标为:CODcr、BOD5、SS、色度等。该处理系统进水水质为:CODcr:900mg/L, BOD5:250mg/L,SS:200mg/L,pH:6~9,色度300(倍)。72611
经过对所给废水的水质和可生化性的分析,对比各工业废水处理工艺后得出,本设计最终采用水解酸化—生物接触氧化—混凝沉淀工艺处理印染废水。
印染废水中含有大量的长约1~200mm的纤维类杂物,这种呈悬浮状的细纤维,不能通过格栅去除[1]。只能通过筛网去除。调节池在本次设计中主要是为了使管渠及构筑物正常工作,调节水量平衡,从而不受废水高峰流量或浓度变化的影响。
该印染厂废水的可生化性差,色度比较高,采用以生物接触氧化法为主体的处理工艺,辅以混凝沉淀为后处理,能有效去除COD及BOD。该工艺的适应性强,处理时间短,运行稳定,占地面积少;加上水解酸化利用水解和产酸菌的反应,将不溶性有机物水解成溶解性有机物、大分子物质分解成小分子物质,使污水更适宜于后续的好氧处理[2],使出水能够达到排放要求。
污泥浓缩部分采用重力浓缩的方法,通过利用污泥中的固体颗粒与水之间的浓度差来实现泥水分离,从而降低污泥含水率,减少污泥体积,并能节省投资,降低处理成本。
废水首先通过筛网和调节池,经由污水泵一次提升,再依次通过水解酸化池、二沉池、生物接触氧化池、混凝沉淀池,经过一系列生物及物化处理后达标排放。整个流程靠重力完成,不需反复提升,既可以节约能耗,又可以降低污水处理费用,且操作简单,易于管理。
本次设计的目的是通过对印染公司废水处理系统工艺设计,使学生能将所学的有关废水处理知识(特别是工业废水如印染废水处理)运用到实际设计中,提高解决实际问题的综合能力。并根据已确定的工艺流程,进行工艺及主要构筑物计算,绘制总平面图、工艺流程图及相应的构筑物图纸,编写设计说明书。
本设计投资费用为319。03万元,运行成本为2。7元/m3,本设计整体工艺的基建费用少,处理效果好,且运行管理简单,产生的二次污染较小。
废水经处理后,预计处理效果可达到《纺织染整工业污水排放标准》(GB4287-2008)中的表2直排级标准,具体为:CODcr:≤80mg/L,BOD5:≤20mg/L,SS:≤50mg/L,pH:6~9,色度50(倍)。

The Design of Wastewater Treatment Process for a Printing and Dyeing Company
General Information of Design:In this design, the wastewater produced by a printing and dyeing company is about 1500m3/d, and the main pollution indicators in sewage are: CODcr, BOD5, suspended solid and chromaticity。 Inflow water quality is: CODcr: 900mg/L, BOD5: 250mg/L, SS: 200mg/L, pH: 6~9, chromaticity: 300(Times)。
After the analysis of the water quality and biodegradability of the wastewater and comparing the various industrial wastewater treatment, the design finally adopted hydrolytic acidification—biological contact oxidation—coagulating sedimentation process for treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater。
Printing and dyeing wastewater contains a large number of 1~200mm fiber debris, which is suspended in the form of fine fibers, can’t be removed through the grille [1]。 They can only be removed through the sieve。 Regulating reservoir in this design is mainly in order to make the pipeline and the structures to work properly, which is not affected by the change of the peak flow or concentration of wastewater。
Wastewater from the printing and dyeing company has poor biodegradability and high chromaticity。 It can effectively remove COD and BOD by using the biological contact oxidation process as the main body, supplemented by coagulation sedimentation as the post-processing。 This process has the advantages of high adaptability, stable operation, short processing time, doesn’t need to return sludge and intermittent, less occupied area; With hydrolysis acidification by hydrolysis and reaction of acid producing bacteria, the insoluble organic compound hydrolysis into dissolved organic matter, large molecules into small molecules, so that the wastewater could more suitable for the subsequent aerobic treatment [2], the effluent can meet the discharge requirements。
