摘要：中式卷烟中清香型卷烟烟草香气清新、淡雅,风格独特。本课题主要通过对清甜类香料进行嗅辩及对给定叶组（41#）配方进行香气评定。 了解一些清甜类香料在加料香精中的应用，并且对这些原料在给定叶组中进行抽吸，了解这些清甜类原料加入卷烟后口腔的感官作用。再使用清甜类香料，配制多个料液和香基，研究清甜类香料在卷烟加料中的应用效果。将选择契合本课题研究要求的清甜类香料香精调配成料液和表香香精进行集中测试，研究清甜类香料在提高卷烟本香的应用效果。76112
