摘要:本实验主要采用邻苯三酚法和水杨酸法,研究了松节油及其组分对超氧自由基和羟基自由基的抗氧化活性。结果表明:对超氧自由基的清除性能:1%柏木油>1%异长叶烷酮>1%迷迭香油 >7。6mmol/LBHT标准溶液>1%迷芳樟醇>1%丁香酚>1%桉叶素。对羟基自由基的清除性能:1%柏木油>1%异长叶烷酮>1%迷迭香油>1%芳樟醇>1%丁香酚>1%桉叶素。比较发现,异长叶烷酮在两种体系中均表现出极佳的抗氧化性能,其次为迷迭香油;芳樟醇、丁香酚对羟基自由基具有较好的抗氧化性,柏木油在超氧系统中表现出极佳地抗氧化性能,而桉叶素对两种自由基的清除能力均较弱。柏木油、迷迭香油与异长叶烷酮具有协同抗氧化能力。其中,柏木油与迷迭香油的协同抗氧化能力高。复配后的柏木油香精具有较好地清除超氧自由基的能力。77564

Study on Scavenging Performance and Synergistic Antioxidant Activity of a Kind of Turpentine Fragrance to Superoxide and Other Free Radicals
Abstract: In this study, the antioxidation activity of turpentine and its components on superoxide radical and hydroxyl radical were studied by pyrogallol method and salicylic acid method。 The results showed that the scavenging performance of superoxide free radicals: 1% cedar oil> 1% isophorone ketone> 1% rosemary oil> 7。6mmol / LBHT standard solution> 1% lindenol> 1% eugenol> 1% Eucalyptus。 Scavenging of hydroxyl radicals: 1% cedar oil> 1% isophorone ketone> 1% rosemary oil> 1% linalool> 1% eugenol> 1% eucalyptus。 The results showed that the heterologous longan ketone exhibited excellent antioxidant activity in the two systems, followed by rosemary oil。 Linalool and eugenol had better antioxidant properties to hydroxyl radicals。 Superoxide system showed excellent antioxidant properties, and eucalyptus on the two free radical scavenging ability are weak。 Cedar oil, rosemary oil and synergistic antioxidant capacity。 Among them, cedar oil and rosemary oil synergistic antioxidant capacity。 After the combination of cedar oil fragrance has a better ability to remove superoxide free radicals。
