Absorption section

The reaction products were absorbed by methanol evaporator into the absorption tower system。Containing formaldehyde gas, from the first absorption tower bottom absorber part is absorbing tower from the second to return to the absorption of fluid, part is returned from the own bottom flow solution, most of formaldehyde absorbed in the tower。The solution from the first absorption of the tartar, part of it as a reflux liquid, and part of it as a formaldehyde product。The first absorption tower overhead absorption of gas into a second absorption tower bottom continue to absorb, bottom effluent in addition to the part as its own backflow, the others all return to the first absorption tower as absorbent to absorb formaldehyde gas。The second absorbing gas from the tartar to the exhaust gas treatment system produces steam。

Design principles
