摘要针刺雷管作为首发元件在弹药引信中有大量应用,其感度关系到大量武器装备的正常效能发挥。本文针对影响针刺雷管针刺感度的几个主要因素,包括感度试验条件、结构与材料、药剂、工艺过程等展开了研究。研究结果显示:78029
(1)使用落球仪进行感度试验时,落球与击针质量比越大,测得针刺感度越高;动态试验条件下测得的针刺感度更高;
(2)一定范围内,针刺雷管管壳硬度越小、针刺部位越厚,针刺感度越高;
(3)药剂中氧化剂含量越大、粒度越小,针刺感度越高;一定范围内,装药量越大,压药压力越大,针刺感度越高;
(4)可通过多次装、压药提高针刺感度。
以上研究结论对于高性能针刺雷管的设计、生产具有重要指导意义。

Title Influence Factors of Stab Sensitivity for Stab Detonator
Abstract As the starting element, stab detonator is wildly used in ammunition fuze。 Its stab sensitivity influents the normal actions of weapons and relative equipments。 This thesis focus on several factors of stab sensitivity for stab detonator, including conditions of sensitivity test, structure and materials of shell, initiating explosive materials, and fabrication process。 The detailed research conclusions are described as follows:
(1)When the stab sensitivity is obtained by ball&drop test, the higher the mass ratio of falling ball and firing pin, the higher the degree of sensitivity。 Dynamic test condition induces higher stab sensitivity。
(2) As the hardness of the shell and the thick stabbing position increase,the degree of stab sensitivity will reach at a higher level。
(3) The higher the proportion of oxidant and the smaller the particle size,the higher degree of stab sensitivity。;Within a certain range,the greater the scale of charge and pressure, the higher degree of stab sensitivity。
(4)Multiple loading and pressing initiating explosive materials make higher stab sensitivity。
