摘要延期药盘是延时引信中重要的组成部分,其延期时间直接关乎适配武器使用的可靠性与安全性。本文在基于工厂生产实际的情况下,运用静态发火试验,环境试验的试验方法,积累了大量的不同条件下延期药盘的延期时间数据。并对这些数据进行总结和分析,发现影响延期药盘时间因素主要有延期药的种类及配方,压药压力以及一些其他的辅助工艺如加纸垫、涂胶等。并通过试验对延期药盘工艺参数的确定方法以及药剂配方的选择方法进行了探究。压药药力在180~200 MPa,延期药药量为450mg~500mg时符合延期药盘的延期要求。压力小,装药量少,延期时间短。压力过大则药剂无法点燃。对于提高延期药盘延期时间精度以及工厂生产工艺的改进具有一定的作用。78030

Title Analysis of The Time Factor for Delay Assembly
Abstract Delay assembly is an important part of the fuse, its delay time directly related to the reliability and safety of the use of weapons。 In this paper, under the condition of the actual factory production, using the method of static ignition test and environmental test, a large number of data for delay time in the different condition were accumulated。 By summarizing and analyzing these data, it was found that the main factors influencing the time of delay assembly are the preparation process and the types and formulations of delay mixture, the pressure to press the delay mixture and other ancillary processes, such as pad of paper and glue。 Studies on the method for determining the formula of delay mixture and the process parameters of delay assembly was carried out。 When the press was at 180~200 MPa。 The weight of delay mixture was 450mg~500mg,the delay time meet the requirement。 If the pressure was reduced, the delay mixture did decreases, the delay time also would be shorter。 If the press was increased, we could not ignite the delay mixture。 That is important to improve the accuracy of delay time and preparation process。
