摘要本文采用静电纺丝方法,以醋酸纤维素(CA )为支撑材料,富马酸二甲酯(DMF )作为相变材料,制备复合相变储能材料。通过对溶剂(丙三醇、N-N二甲基乙酰胺、纯丙酮、纯二氯甲烷)的摸索,发现由二氯甲烷和丙酮作为混合溶剂最适合纺丝。调整混合溶剂中两溶剂的比例(1:1,2:1,3:1,6:1,9:1)、CA的质量比(5%,6%,7。5%,9%)以及DMF的含量从35%、40%增大到45%。实验证明,随着CA含量提高,纺丝液黏度变大,表面张力略有提高。XRD和红外测试表明,DMF和CA是纯物理结合。SEM测试表明,溶剂DCM/丙酮含量提高到3:1,CA含量为5%时,开始出现带状纤维;DCM含量越高,纺丝液黏度越大,纤维直径越粗;逐渐增大CA含量,纤维平均直径则由6。20µm增至7。93µm。富马酸二甲酯超过45%时出现颗粒沉降。样品DSC测试结果不理想。78117

Title Study on the preparation of DMF/CA phase change energy storage materials by electrospinning method
Abstract In this paper, cellulose acetate (CA) as support material, dimethyl fumarate (DMF) as phase change material prepared composite phase change energy storage materials using electrospinning method。 Through the exploration of the solvent (glycerol, N-N dimethyl acetamide, pure acetone, pure dichloromethane), found by a mixed solvent of dichloromethane and acetone is most suitable for spinning。 The mass ratio of two solvents (1:1, 2:1,3:1, 6:1, 9:1), CA (5%, 6%,, 7。5%, 9%,,,) and DMF content of was increased from 35% and 40% to 45%。 With the increase of CA content, the viscosity of spinning solution becomes larger, and the surface tension is increased slightly。 XRD and infrared tests show that DMF and CA are purely physical binding。 SEM shows that solvent DCM/ acetone content increased to 3:1, Ca content is 5%, began to strip fiber; DCM content is high, spinning solution viscosity is bigger, fiber diameter is thicker; gradually increase the content of Ca, average fiber diameter is from 6。20 µ m increased to 7。93 µ m。 There more than 45% methyl fumaric acid two particle sedimentation, sample DSC test results are not ideal。
