摘要石墨烯是一种新型二维晶体材料,其独特的单原子层结构带来了许多优异的 物理化学性质,制备大面积石墨烯薄膜已逐渐成为材料领域的研究热点。本文围 绕提拉法镀石墨烯薄膜展开了广泛的探索与讨论,依次在预处理过的载玻片、聚 丙烯腈电纺纤维网络和普通纸张上实现了石墨烯薄膜的构建,并充分展示了薄膜 表面的平整性、薄膜形貌的可控性及镀膜技术的适用性。本文所使用的方案可明 显抑制石墨烯薄膜上褶皱的出现,这不但有利于薄膜的后续加工与开发,而且会 对石墨烯薄膜的透过率、导电性与浸润性等性质产生巨大影响。同时,本文通过 在基底上营造聚丙烯腈电纺纤维网络促使石墨烯薄膜表面上产生了丰富的拓扑结 构和微观组织,这不但实现了薄膜形貌的可控性,且使得该薄膜有望服务于细胞 培养平台、组织支架等研究领域。78382

A novel strategy of the preparation of graphene films

Abstract  Graphene is a new type of two-dimensional crystal material, its unique single atomic layer structure has brought many excellent physical and chemical properties。 In recent years, the preparation of large-area graphene films has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of materials。 In this paper, a wide range of explorations and discussions were done around the preparation of graphene films by dip coating, graphene films were successfully constructed in the base of pretreated glass slide, electrospun polyacrylonitrile nanofiber networks and ordinary paper, this sufficiently demonstrated the smoothness of the film surface, the controllability of the film morphology and the applicability of the coating technology。 The coating method used in this paper can obviously prevent the graphene films from crumpling。 On the one hand, this is beneficial to the subsequent processing and development of the films; on the other hand, this will bring great changes to the transmittance, the resistance and the contact angle of the films。 Meanwhile, varieties of topological structures and microstructures can be made to occur in the graphene films simply by constructing a electrospun polyacrylonitrile nanofiber networks in the base in advance。 This method achieves the controllability of the film morphology, and makes the graphene films possible to service in the research areas like cell culture platforms and tissue scaffolds。
