摘要本课题主要对 430 铁素体不锈钢的高温氧化动力学展开研究。通过将 430 铁素体 不锈钢分别在管式电阻炉中通入氧气在 800-900℃下进行恒温氧化和在箱式电阻炉 中控制温度在 800-900℃下进行恒温氧化。将在其不同条件下的氧化增重量记录下来, 用扫描电镜对氧化膜进行观察,分析,并通过氧化动力学和 EDS 分析,研究试样表 面的氧化膜的形貌和化学成分,不同温度和氧分压条件下的氧化过程是由哪些机理和 因素来控制的。81350
根据实验研究数据可以发现,当 430 铁素体不锈钢在能够对高温氧化产生一定的 抵抗性能的条件下,它的氧增重随时间变化的曲线都趋向于抛物线型,在氧化的前五 个小时之内,430 铁素体不锈钢的氧化会受到金属和氧反应速率影响,氧增重速率会 非常的快。当金属表面完全包裹着一层氧化膜的时候,氧化反应会因为氧化膜本身的 不同情形受到控制。主要是由金属离子通过氧在氧化膜内扩散来实现对氧化过程的控 制。当温度过高是时候,氧化膜会被破坏,使得材料受到破坏,进入新的氧化循环。 当温度在 800℃时,430 SS 表面生成氧化膜相对薄且光滑,温度升高到 900℃时氧化 膜明显增厚且粒度增大。

Astract In this paper, the high temperature oxidation kinetics of 430 ferritic stainless steel was studied。 Through the 430 ferrite stainless steel in the tube resistance furnace in the oxygen in 800-900 C under the constant temperature oxidation and in the box type resistance furnace temperature control in 800-900。 Will under the different conditions of oxidation increase weight recorded, of the oxide film was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), analysis, and through the oxidation kinetics and EDS analysis, the morphology and chemical composition of the oxide film on the study of the specimen surface, different temperature and oxygen points pressure under the conditions of oxidation process is controlled by what mechanism and factors。
According to the experimental data can be found, when 430 ferritic stainless steel in capable of high temperature oxidation under the condition of resistance, its oxygen increase with time change curve tends to parabolic, within a five hour before the oxidation, 430 iron) oxidation of stainless steel body will be affected by the reaction rate of metal and oxygen, oxygen increasing weight rate will be very quick。 When the metal surface is wrapped with a layer of oxide film, the oxidation reaction will be controlled because of the different conditions of the oxide film itself。 It is mainly controlled by the metal ions diffusion in the oxide film to control the oxidation process。 When the temperature is too high, the oxide film will be destroyed, so that the material is damaged, into the new oxidation cycle。 When the temperature is 800 degrees Celsius, the 430 SS surface of the oxide film is relatively thin and smooth, the temperature rises to 900 degrees when the oxide film is thickened and the grain size increases。
