1。 任务的来源
本设计是根据对醋氯芬酸的科研小试报告以及相关实验数据而设计的一次工业规模化的模拟。其根本的目的是运用化学工程相关的知识及操作手段而进行的一次模拟化工设计的尝试,并且为醋氯芬酸的工业化生产、生产设备的设计提供参考。作为模拟设计,本文将会省略化工设计的部分内容,即工艺管路设计、防爆电气设计、动力设计和工厂整体布置等。

3。 设计原则及主要设计指标
原则:(1) 安全:化工生产中产生的大量化合物是易燃、易爆或者有毒性的。因此,设计必须充分考虑各种明显的和潜在的危险,保证生产人员的健康和安全。
(2) 操作方便:在确定各个生产过程及设备的同时,还要确定合理的操作条件。因为它对生产过程和设备的确立以及其作用的发挥和控制方案的确定有着直接的关系。
(3) 投资省:即要求经济地投资使用设备、土建投资、公用工程的投资和人力成本。
(4) 便于安装:工厂布置必须满足施工以及安装作业的要求。特别是应该考虑大型设备的吊装,厂内道路的路面结构和载荷标准等都应满足施工安装的要求。
