摘要:本课题主要通过同时蒸馏萃取法结合气相色谱-质谱联用分析技术对烟草发酵烟香的香气进行定性定量分析,同时结合烟草调香技术,对烟草发酵烟香进行了仿制。通过对影响同时蒸馏萃取效率的实验条件进行优化,最终确定最优实验条件:萃取剂为二氯甲烷,萃取时间2.5h,样品含量15g,氯化钠含量60g。在对给定空白卷烟进行评吸后,选择适宜的单体原料反复进行调配,得到最佳加料香精配方。通过对烟末香气成分的提取与分析,得到了发酵烟香香气中的致香成分及其理论含量,对致香成分进行筛选,结合实际评吸情况,得到了最佳表香香精的配方。最终反复评吸并修改配方,使得加料加香后的样品卷烟香气自然醇和,发酵烟香香气突出。

Fragrance analysis and relatedly generic research on aroma of fermented tobacco
Abstract:This subject mainly focuses on qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing the fragrance of fermented tobacco smoke through simultaneous distillation extraction method combined with gas chromatography - mass spectrometry techniques.After optimizing the experimental conditions of simulaneous distillation extraction effciency, ultimately the optimal experimental conditions is determined: Extraction: Methylene Chloride; Extraction Time: 2.5h; Content of the sample: 15g, content of Sodium Cholride: 60g.After the sesory evalutating on blank cigrattes given, the next step is to select the appropriate monomer feed and deploy it repeatedly and then get the best flavor enhancer formulations. Through the extraction and analysis of aroma components of smoke powder, the theoretical content of aroma components of fermented tobacco is given, and then screen the aromaconstituents, and finally combine it with the actual situation Sensory Evaluation to get the best volatile fragrant flavor formulations.In the end, absorpt and modify the final assessment formula reaptedly to make the aroma of sample cigarettes natural after feeding flavored, and the fermented aroma of incense smoking outstanding.
