摘要纺织工业作为最传统的工业历史悠久,所以伴随了很多关于染料废水的问题。甲基 橙是一种偶氮染料,用于印染纺织品。染料废水成分复杂,水质变化大,色度深,浓度 高,处理困难。甲基橙这种较难降解的有机化合物,在酸性和碱性条件下的偶氮和醌式 结构是染料化合物的主体结构,选择其作为染料模型化合物,具有一定的代表性。目前, 染料的应用非常广泛,已涉及到国民经济的各个领域,应用量也非常巨大,由此所造成 的污染也非常严重,所以处理此类染料废水迫在眉睫。82611
HKUST-1 是金属有机骨架多孔材料,利用水热法合成制备,进一步使用固相研磨 法将活性金属 CuCl 引入 HKUST-1,通过调节时间和温度来控制活性金属 CuCl 的分散 程度,得到络合吸附剂 nCuCl@HKUST-1。进行甲基橙吸附试验,测试对甲基橙的吸附 性能。通过紫外分光光度计测量得到吸附量数据。将制备的吸附剂进行 XRD 等表征, 并分析吸附剂的结构与吸附性能之间的关系。

Abstract Textile industry as one of the traditional industry has a long history, so with many questions about the dye wastewater。 Methyl orange is a kind of azo dye, used in printing and dyeing textiles。 Dye wastewater composition is complex, the water quality change is big, deep chromaticity, high concentration, to deal with difficulties。 Methyl orange is difficult to degradation of organic compounds, in acidic and alkaline conditions of azo dye compounds and unique structure is the main part of the structure, choose it as a dye model compounds, have certain representative。 At present, the dye has a very wide range of applications, has been involved in the various fields of national economy, are also very large, which caused by the pollution is very serious, so this kind of dye wastewater treatment is imminent
HKUST - 1 is metal organic skeleton of porous material, using the method of hydrothermal synthesis preparation, further using solid phase grinding method introducing active metal CuCl HKUST - 1, by adjusting the time and temperature to control the dispersion degree of active metal CuCl, get complexation adsorbent nCuCl @ HKUST - 1。 Methyl orange adsorption experiment was carried out to test the adsorption properties of methyl orange。 The adsorption quantity data were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer。 The preparation of adsorbent with XRD characterization, and analysis of the relationship between the structure and adsorption properties of adsorbent。
