摘  要：甲醇是主要的有机原材料之一，可用以制作多种下游产品。同时，甲醇也可以作为新兴的燃料，在生产中占据很重要的地位。为了满足国民经济发展的需求，开展了此次年产20万吨/年的甲醇项目。本项目是以煤为原料，经过原煤气化-煤气变换-煤气净化-压缩-合成甲醇-精馏的过程来生产甲醇。本文主要简述了煤制甲醇的初步制备流程、还详细说明了煤制甲醇的各种催化剂比较和选择，并且对精馏方面进行了设计，最后进行了简单的物料衡算。83101

The Preliminary Design to Coal Methanol Production Process with an Annual Output of 200 Thousand Tons 

Abstract: Methanol is one of the basic organic raw materials which can be used to produce a variety of organic products。 At the same time, as a kind of fuel, methanol plays an important role in national production。 With the development of the downstream products of methanol, the demand of methanol is obviously increased。 In order to meet the needs of national economic development, the annual output of 200 thousand tons / year of methanol project is carried out。 The project is based on coal as raw material, through the original coal gasification - Gas Transformation - Gas Purification - Compression - Synthesis of Methanol - Distillation process to produce methanol。 The introduction of a variety of catalysts for coal methanol comparison and selection are introduced in this paper mainly, detailed design of the distillation, and carried out a simple material balance finally。
