摘要随着我国高校毕业生分配政策的逐步取消,大学生开始进入了自由选择职业的时代，与 此同时,日益严峻的就业形势也使得大学生职业价值观开始进入人们的研究视野。本文旨在 了解小学教育专业师范生职业价值观的现状，并找到其与主动性学习的关系。在前人研究的 基础上，通过问卷调查的形式，以小学教育专业学生为例对其职业价值观和主 动性学习进行了调查，并对当前小教专业学生的职业价值观现状与其主动性学习的关系进行 了分析，望对小教专业学生职业价值观和主动性学习的相关研究提供一些参考。88560

Abstract：College graduates distribution policy of phasing out along with our country, the college students begin to enter the era of freedom of choice of occupation, at the same time, the increasingly serious employment situation also makes the study of college students' vocational values into people field of vision。 The purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation of primary school  education  major students professional values, and find the relationship between and initiative learning。 On the basis of predecessors' research, through questionnaire survey, in the form of primary school education major students in university as  an example for the vocational values and initiative learning were investigated, and the current status of studies professional students' professional values and initiative learning are analyzed, and the relationship between looking for professional studies students' vocational values and initiative study provide some references for related research。

一、 引言

（一）研究背景 随着时代的变迁，社会的进步，经济的不断发展，我国小教专业师范生的择业标准跟着

时代的脚步不断变化，他们的职业价值观也随之呈现新态势。在当前市场经济的影响下，小 教专业师范生的专业知识和基本技能得到不断的强化，但是他们的职业价值观却越来越淡薄。 一方面是学校对其职业价值观作用的忽视，另一方面是师范生本身对人民教师这一职业的认 识存在不足，对小学教师这一特殊群体的职责缺乏理性的认知。从微观方面，小学教师的职 业价值观影响着未来人才培养的质量；从宏观方面，小学教师的职业价值观影响着中国的综 合国力和国际地位。并且，小学教师岗位社会竞争愈发激烈，能力不足者不断被淘汰，大学 生在求职过程中碰壁的现象也屡见不鲜。From优T尔K论M文L网wWw.YouERw.com 加QQ75201^8766
