摘要本研究主要采用问卷、访谈等方法,以杭州市86名幼儿教师为调查对象,了解新入园幼儿的入园适应问题。首先发现幼儿入园不适主要包括:情绪上的哭闹不止、恋物等;人际交往上的难以主动与同伴交往、不会主动表达自己的意愿等;身体方面的入睡困难、喂食困难等;家长的不适,主要是不能坚持每天送幼儿入园、反复回来偷看幼儿等。其次发现有利于幼儿入园适应的相关策略有:入园前,幼儿园及教师应该提前家访、开展预入园活动等,并指导家长提前按照幼儿园的作息制度安排幼儿的一日生活等;入园时幼儿园及教师应该给予幼儿积极地心理暗示、开展有趣生动的游戏、活动等,并鼓励家长坚持送幼儿入园、及时与家长交流等。最后笔者针对幼儿园、教师、家长提出相应建议,旨在更有效地进行入园适应性教育以及帮助幼儿更快的适应幼儿园生活。89010
The research mainly adopt questionnaires and interviews, chooses Hangzhou 86 early childhood education teachers as study subjects, learn about adaptation ability when children first go to kindergarten。 Firstly childhood that mainly includes in inadaptation, Such as emotional crying, fetish; they have bad interpersonal relationship that accused by rarely associating with fellows, and it’s also hard to express their willingness; From the aspect of health, the main difficulty is sleeping and feeding; And the parents also appear some inadaptations phenomenon。 It is hard to insist to send their children to kindergarten, they come back repeatedly and see furtively their children。 Secondly discovery helps children into the garden to adapt to the related policies are: Teachers should do a home using before they go to kindergarten, do some preparation, and also guide the parents adjust their daily habits to adapt to school life。 The teacher should give children a positive psychological hint, hold some interesting vivid activities, or games, when they go to kindergarten。 Also encourage parents insist to send their children to school, Timely communication with parents。 Finally the author for kindergarten, teachers, parents, put forward the corresponding Suggestions, aimed at effectively carry out adaptive education to help children quickly adapt to strange life in school。
