摘要幼儿同伴冲突在幼儿园是一种常见的现象,教师对幼儿同伴冲突的合理解决,是幼儿学会同伴交往,学会与别人协商、沟通,逐渐摆脱“自我中心化”,促进社会性发展的关键。因此,本文主要运用观察法,从教师介入幼儿同伴冲突的活动类型、主动性、方式及结果几个方面,分析教师介入幼儿同伴冲突的现状,以及通过访谈法了解教师对自身介入行为的评价,从而提出了提高教师介入效果的策略。89629
