由于“应试教育”的长期影响以及我国现阶段教育资源的相对短缺等因素，一直以来学生在学习生活中持消极心理，学生的学习也大多是被动学习，不会学习，学习效率低下，影响了学生的身心健康，妨碍了学生的个性发展。这一点我在实习及做家教的过程中体会很深，因此我从小学生智力水平以外的非智力因素出发，通过研究小学生非智力因素存在的问题、探讨影响小学生非智力因素发展的原因，进而提出培养小学生非智力因素的教育对策。
