摘要：幼儿饮食行为习惯的好坏对幼儿身心发展具有重要的影响。良好的饮食行为习惯是 幼儿身体健康的重要保证，健康的身体是心理健康的重要因素。一个健康的幼儿是一切后 续“工作”的基础。据日常观察发现虽然人们都在呼吁绿色饮食，健康生活，对幼儿良好 饮食习惯的培养也越来越重视，但离理想的状态还存在一定距离。据此本人以实习所在幼 儿园的幼儿以及家长为研究对象，运用问卷调查、访谈、观察等方法，了解此幼儿园内幼 儿饮食行为习惯的现状。发现幼儿存在挑食、爱吃零食、用餐家园表现不一等不良的饮食 行为习惯。就现实存在的问题进行分析，在此基础上提出了营造愉悦的用餐环境、加强家 园联系、采取自然后果法纠正幼儿不良饮食习惯等改善幼儿不良饮食行为习惯的策略。70768
