摘 要:教育公平包括教育机会公平、教育过程公平、教育结果公平。教师的关爱是教育活动中爱的源泉。教育公平要求教师公平地关爱学生。然而,当前小学教育中教师对学生关爱分配的现状不符合教育公平的要求。由于班级规模大,教师个人偏好,社会不良风气等原因使得部分教师对学生的关爱分配存在偏差。因此,政府必须加大教育投入,学校引导监督教师公平关爱学生。在此基础上,教师须提高职业素养,以实现教育公平。 71581

Abstract:Educational equality includes equality of educational opportunity, equality of educational process, equality of educational result. Teachers’ care and love is educational activities’ source of love. However, the status of teachers’ care and love for students in primary school education nowadays doesn’t meet the requirement of educational equality. Because of large class size, teachers preference, bad social atmosphere, some teachers don’t care and love students on fair Therefore, the government must increase investments, the school must guide teachers and supervise them caring students fair. On these bases teachers must improve their professional quality, to realize educational equality.
