摘要：小学生非正式群体作为一种必然存在，固然会给小学生的身心健康发展带来一定的消极影响，但它的积极影响也是不可忽视的，它在一定的程度上对小学生发展具有举足轻重的作用。然而，在实际的的教育教学过程中，教师却忽视和误解了小学生非正式群体在学生成长中的积极作用，致使小学生非正式群体经常以一种反面教材出现在我们的生活中。鉴于此，本论文通过文献研究法和观察法，对小学非正式群体进行了一系列的理论探讨，分析整理了小学生非正式群体存在的原因及其表现特征，并研究了小学生非正式群体对学生发展的积极影响和消极影响，在吸收和借鉴前人研究成果的基础上，提出了对小学生非正式群体的教育策略，做到扬长避短。10437

Influence the Development of Informal Groups of Pupils
Abstract：Primary school students as a kind of informal groups exist, it must bring some negative impact to the physical and mental health of primary school students, but its positive impact can not be ignored, it is to a certain extent on the development of the pupils have a pivotal role. However, in the actual education process, teachers have been ignored and misunderstood a positive role in the growth of primary school students in informal groups, leading the informal group of students in a negative example in our lives. 非正式群体对小学生发展的影响
在当代小学实际的教学工作中，教育工作者常常戴着“有色的眼镜”看待非正式群体，认为非正式群体是拉帮结派、没有纪律的小团体，要么对它们进行直接的扼杀，要么就对它们放任自流，这两种方式都是不可取的，这样不仅影响了非正式群体内学生的发展，而且也一定程度上影响了正式群体的发展。老师不应该忽视和误解非正式群体，要重视非正式群体的教育，以更多的时间加强对非正式群体的正确引导，发挥其积极作用，克服其消极作用，做到扬长避短，所以非正式群体对小学生发展的影响具有研究的价值。
