Title Validity analysis of the effectiveness of banking supervision in China.
Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, China's banking industry is fully developed, the problems in the supervision of the banking industry has gradually surfaced. The high cost of banking supervision, the actual income does exist and bring in a lot of trouble. From the definition of bank supervision, to further discuss the effectiveness of meaning, and focus on the cost of supervision, from the two aspects of the effectiveness and efficiency of the effectiveness of banking supervision are defined, and through the analysis of data on banking supervision effectiveness and efficiency analysis. Finally we can come out the result of the analysis by comparing the data, the research of our present banking supervision is effective, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure.

1 引言
1.1 研究的背景和意义
随着社会经济的不断发展，金融业成了支撑着整个社会发展的重要产业，而银行业作为金融业的基石，更是重中之重。金融危机的爆发，也让金融业监管再次成为了人们关注的焦点。而金融监管，首先就要从金融业的根基—银行业谈起。银行监管，是政府当局和权力机关，为了规避不明智的银行商业行为和确保银行的健康稳定发展，通过法律手段、行政手段措施对银行的经营进行监督与指导。
1.2 研究的思路和框架结构
首先对银行监管进行定义，得出银行监管的定义后，进一步去其有效性进行定义。要判定是否有效，就必须要清楚监管的目的。银行监管的四个主要目的：第一、文护银行储户的利益。第二、打击金融犯罪。第三、创造并文护金融业公平环境。第四、保证资源配置保持高效。
然后我们将有效进行定义，分为有“效果”和有“效率”。效果就是能否达到监管所要求的目的，效率就是用这种监管方法所付出的成本和所取得的成效的比值。寻找有效的数据，根据和效果效率有关的常量和变量，对效果和效率进行分析。
