Family-owned Enterprise Human Resources Management Difficulties and Countermeasures
Abstract:As an agelong form of business organization,private family enterprises are always influenced by sheer volume of objective factors.This paper analyzes the inevitability of the existence of private family enterprises, analyzes the current situation and existing problems in Human Resouces Management of private family business and offers a proposal and gives an overview of the development trend of our private family enterprise.
