Abstract：As an economic activity, art licensing involve the interests of industry chain. Therefore, the protection of intellectual property rights has become the core of authorized management art. In the face of the current situation of intellectual property protection in China and the existing problems, relevant successful cases at home and abroad, combined with China's specific national conditions, the protection of intellectual property rights in China should be authorized to operate in the art of Creator consciousness strengthen, improve relevant laws and play the role of trade associations to seek countermeasures. 前言
艺术授权是一种国际通行的创意产业商业模式，不但推动了技术和艺术的结合，而且促进传统产业和艺术产业的相互融合。艺术授权是文化创意产业的核心产业之一，它不仅开辟了艺术产业发展的新天地，也为传统产业升级创造了新的机遇。可见，艺术授权经营极大的推动了文化产业的迅速发展，也成为文化广泛传播运营模式的必然趋势。然而在中国，这种授权业尚处于起步的阶段，各方面比较混乱，其中知识产权保护问题是值得重视的关键环节。
一、艺术授权经营中的知识产权保护概述
（一）艺术授权的含义
艺术授权，是以艺术作品为主题的授权类型，其基本的商业环节是授权商将所代理的艺术家著作权以合同的形式授予被授权商使用；被授权商按合同规定从事经营活动，并向授权商支付相应的版税；授权商收到版税后按一定比例回馈给提供著作权的艺术家。
