Abstract: In this paper, by analyzing the present situation of foreign trade in our country at present stage, a summary of the achievements of China's foreign trade development at the same time, points out the present stage our country foreign trade faces extensive way of trade growth, increasing foreign trade friction, and main problems such as traditional comparative advantage gradually weakened. To solve these problems, and puts forward the positive transformation of the mode of foreign trade growth, properly handle trade frictions, industrial upgrading and the countermeasures of improving the labor productivity, to promote the steady progress and healthy development of China's foreign trade.

现阶段我国对外贸易面临的主要问题及对策研究
前 言
近年来，我国外贸快速发展，规模也越来越大，对外贸易总额不断提高，外贸发展的前景一片欣欣向荣。但从总体来看，我国对外贸易仍存在对外贸易发展不平衡、出口产品价值仍处低端、对外贸易摩擦不断增加等问题，这些问题严重阻碍着我国对外贸易持续稳固的发展。在学者们如：魏长松（2012）指出我国对外贸易出口产品仍处全球价值链低端，对外贸易发展存在不平衡现象和张莉(2010）指出我国当前对外贸易中服务贸易没有得到重视，在对外贸易中地位不高，影响了我国对外贸易的竞争力和对外贸易的依存度等对我国对外贸易中存在问题研究的基础上，发现学者们对我国对外贸易存在的问题的研究比较零星和片面，没有抓住我国对外贸易存在的主要问题进行分析和探讨。本文先分析了现阶段我国对外贸易的现状，在分析的同时指出了现阶段我国对外贸易面临的主要问题，并针对问题，提出相应的策略，从而促进我国对外贸易的发展，确保我国整体经济的平稳发展。
