摘要：成立上海自贸区为中国第一批自由贸易试验区，是继中国加入WTO之后又一轮促进中国经济腾飞的举措。本文首先通过剖析上海自贸区的开放成果了解上海自由贸易区的现状和进程；其次通过分析江苏省经济发展状况了解江苏省对接上海自贸区的必要性；再次，运用效应分析探讨上海自贸区建立对江苏的影响；最后,基于SWOT模型分析江苏对接上海自贸区并提出以下四个方面建议：产业升级、建设江苏自贸区、政府职能转变和制度创新、人才培养。江苏要想进一步发展经济，必须积极对接上海自贸区，分享改革红利，促进产业转型升级，发展高附加值产业。93604

Abstract:Shanghai free trade zone as the first free trade area in China, It is another move to boost China's economy after China's entry into the WTO。Firstly,analyzing the achievements of Shanghai free trade to learn present situation and process of the Shanghai free trade zone ;Secondly,this paper analyze the progress of Jiangsu’s economy  , establishing the necessity of docking the free trade area;What’s more,using effect analysis discuss the impact of the Shanghai free trade zone 。 Finally, putting forward suggestions of Jiangsu docks the free trade area by the SWOT model on the following four aspects: industrial upgrading, the construction of Jiangsu free trade area, the change of government function and the system innovation, the cultivation of talents。If JiangSu would like to further development of the economy, it must actively docking Shanghai free trade zone, sharing bonus of the reform, promoting the transformation, upgrading of the industry and developing high value-added industries。
