The Establishment of the Free Trade Area of the impact on the price of commercial housing in Pudong
Abstract：On July 3,2013,the State Council executive meeting to discuss the adoption of the "China (Shanghai) free trade zone test overall plan" (Draft). In August 22nd,the State Council officially approved the establishment of Chinese(Shanghai) free trade zone.The morning of September 29th 10 when the Shanghai Free Trade Zone in Pudong officially opened.The scope of the FTA of China(Shanghai) in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone,Waigaoqiao Bonded Logistics Park,Yangshan Bonded Port and Shanghai Pudong Airport comprehensive bonded zone covers four area sunder special customs supervision,the total area for 28.78 square kilometers.The establishment of a free trade area brought new pidend policy,has attracted many enterprises be settled down,at the same time brought about economic benefits,the migrant sand floating population,and prompted the city to speed up construction and many other factors，and the closely linked to commercial housing price shave obvious change.
The article starting from the establishment of a free trade zone of the background、content,combined closely the impact of commodity housing prices are the main factors,focuses on the analysis of effects of the FTA on Pudong commercial housing price influence.
