摘要:2013年7月3日,国务院常务召开会议讨论通过了《中国(上海)自由贸易试验区总体方案》(草案)。8月22日,国务院正式批准设立中国(上海)自由贸易试验区。9月29日上午10时上海浦东自由贸易区正式挂牌开张。中国(上海)自贸区的范围涵盖上海市外高桥保税区、外高桥保税物流园区、洋山保税港区和上海浦东机场综合保税区等4个海关特殊监管区域,总面积为28.78平方公里。自贸区设立带来了新的政策红利,吸引了众多企业入驻的同时所带来的经济效益,流动人口、外来人口,以及促使城市建设加快等诸多因素,使其紧密相连的商品住宅价格产生明显变化。

The Establishment of the Free Trade Area of the impact on the price of commercial housing in Pudong
Abstract:On July 3,2013,the State Council executive meeting to discuss the adoption of the "China (Shanghai) free trade zone test overall plan" (Draft). In August 22nd,the State Council officially approved the establishment of Chinese(Shanghai) free trade zone.The morning of September 29th 10 when the Shanghai Free Trade Zone in Pudong officially opened.The scope of the FTA of China(Shanghai) in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone,Waigaoqiao Bonded Logistics Park,Yangshan Bonded Port and Shanghai Pudong Airport comprehensive bonded zone covers four area sunder special customs supervision,the total area for 28.78 square kilometers.The establishment of a free trade area brought new pidend policy,has attracted many enterprises be settled down,at the same time brought about economic benefits,the migrant sand floating population,and prompted the city to speed up construction and many other factors,and the closely linked to commercial housing price shave obvious change.
The article starting from the establishment of a free trade zone of the background、content,combined closely the impact of commodity housing prices are the main factors,focuses on the analysis of effects of the FTA on Pudong commercial housing price influence.
