摘要:随着经济全球化的进程不断加快,各国之间的贸易联系日益紧密,国际合作日益增多。中国加入WTO之后,与世界各国的联系密切,在国际贸易方面的发展迅猛,我国的经济实力得到了显著提高。随着“走出去”战略的实施,中国企业跨国经营的数量增加、力度加大,成为不可阻挡的发展趋势。分析探讨企业跨国经营的区位选择对企业的跨国经营过程起着关键性的作用。对于中国企业来说,在进行跨国经营过程中,无论是从国家层面还是从企业层面,最先要做出合理的区位选择。区位选择是各决策主体根据企业发展的需要以及本身的经济实力来选择有利的空间位置,以此来扩大企业的运营范围,提升企业的发展空间。由于企业拥有内部资源以及外以部资源与生产区位不可能一直保持最佳匹配,因此区位必须不断的调整与转移以满足国际直接投资的需要。34854 毕业论文关键词:经济全球化 WTO 跨国经营 区位选择
A Study on the Location Selection of China's Multinational Enterprises
Abstract: With the accelerating process of economic globalization, trade increasingly close links between the countries, international cooperation is increasing. After China's accession to WTO, in close contact with other countries to develop international trade rapidly, China's economic strength has been significantly improved. With the "going global" strategy, the number of China's multinational enterprises increases, intensified, become the development trend of Chinese enterprises unstoppable. Analysis and Discussion multinational enterprises geographical choice of enterprises operating overseas plays a key role. For Chinese enterprises, making cross-border management process, whether it is from the national level or from the enterprise level, we must first make a reasonable location choice. Location choice is the policy-making body according to the needs of enterprise development, and their economic power to choose a favorable spatial position, in order to expand their scope of operations, enhance corporate development. As enterprises have the internal resources and external to the Department of Resources and production location can not always keep the best match, so the location must continually adjust and shift to meet the needs of international direct investment.
