Abstract: In recent years , the green energy industry with its renewable, clean, security and other significant characteristics become the main attack direction in the environmental protection and energy strategy in our country.Due to the new energy resources are rich in our country, the government support is large, can cause domestic green industry in the international market environment has a certain cost advantages and scale advantages, but the market mechanism, industrial management and the core of the key technical problems are still inadequate, seriously restricts the development of green industry in China.Give this, in the perspective of national industrial competitive advantage theory, analysis of green industry in China in human resources, natural resources, capital resources, facilities and other factors of production scale of competitive advantage, and in the market, technology, systems and mechanisms on the existing problems, and based on this, advances some countermeasures and Suggestions.

前言
绿色能源产业作为解决目前全球气候变暖、能源短缺这些问题的主要驱动力之一，迎来了全面发展的大好时机。 现代社会经济正发生着从工业经济向知识经济、低碳经济的深刻变化，世界各主要经济发达国家都致力于抢占经济和科技制高点的竞赛，努力争取产业发展的先发优势。我国产业在国际社会发展中始终处于薄弱环节、若不发展以技术进步为特征的新兴产业，我国产业结构可能出现“空心化”，从而陷入经济停滞不前的局面。因此无论是从能源的可持续角度还是国民经济未来发展的角度亦或全球环境文护角度，中国大力发展绿色新型能源产业都势在必行。 在以绿色能源为主导的新型产业革命中，我国绿能产业如何稳固和扩大成本、规模上的优势，如何弥补核心技术上的差距完善产业链都是当前我国亟待思考和解决的问题。此文以“钻石理论”为基础尝试剖析我国绿色能源产业在国际市场中所具有的竞争优势及其存在的一些问题，并据此提出部分初步的解决对策，这对我国日后在绿能产业的发展中将会起到一定的借鉴作用。
