摘要:随着中国逐步融入世界经济,迎来更开放的市场,中国的工业制造生产加工部门也正变得更加成熟,其生产工艺设备和环境在此过程中也变得更加完善。因此,中国已经逐渐成为发达国家合同制造,外包生产的理想之地,无论是IT,纺织业,或是人力资源等服务型外包产业,都在中国蓬勃地发展了起来。但在中国外包生产给欧洲企业带来利润和创造价值的同时,欧洲企业同时也面临着供应链利润损失的窘境。在对中国工厂失去控制力的同时,他们对产品的质量和装船时间也失去了主导权。针对于国际贸易中出现的交流沟通问题,本文就建立与欧洲企业沟通的有效性为主题,提出了在国际贸易中建立沟通有效性的三阶梯模型,并且验证和重新定义了促进沟通有效性建立的九个属性,即:有效的沟通工具,时间性,精确性,一致性,可信性,完整性,协作性,特殊性,以及胜任度。同时也会对个案公司进一步与中方建立交流的有效性提出了可行的建议。37018 毕业论文关键词:国际贸易;有效沟通;在中国外包生产;合同制造;外包管理
Establishing Communication Effectiveness with European Company in International Trade
Abstract: As china increasingly merging into the global economy and embracing a more open market, Chinese processing and manufacturing industry has become further mature, within which its processing equipments and working conditions have become more and more advance. Hereby, China has gradually been the ideal place where foreign companies doing contract manufacturing and outsourcing producing. Regardless of outsourcing in IT industry, textile industry or service industry, they have all flourished a lot recent years in China. Nevertheless, while outsourcing in Chine brings more profit and creates more value for European companies, it also makes those companies facing dilemma of losing profit in supply chain. In respect to the problems of international trade in communicating with Chinese suppler, the thesis has put forward the theme of establishing communication effectiveness with European companies. As consequence, the thesis has portrayed a model of three stages for establishing communication effectiveness in international trade, and verified and redefined nine attributes that facilitate effective communication i.e. effective medium, timeliness, accuracy, consistency, credibility, completeness, cooperativeness, specialization and competency. Meanwhile, the thesis gives some practical recommendations on further establishing communication effectiveness with Chinese vendor for the case company.
