The use of rules of origin in Japan and its Reference to China
Abstract：Since reform and opening, China full use of economic globalization is accelerating the development of the favorable opportunity, through domestic foreign trade system reform to promote the development of export strategies, and now China's import and export volume ranked third in the world, can not be ignored in international trade a big country . But with the growth of trade volume, China's foreign trade environment has undergone tremendous changes in many other countries, China has become the main target of anti-dumping. Since the 1990s, rules of origin, trade protectionism become an important tool in the hands of one. Therefore, this paper studies the rules of origin in Japan, trying to discover from the rules of origin in Japan how to protect and promote their trade. And by learning the rules of origin in Japan, in order to enhance the level of trade protection in China to provide a theoretical proposal.
