新型城镇化下的农村金融改革
本文主要是以新型城镇化下的农村金融改革为出发点，探究当前新型城镇化下农村金融改革取得的初步成果，以及在改革中所暴露出的主要问题，结合蒙城县的农村金融改革状况，进一步分析了新型城镇化下的农村金融改革面临的新问题，立足当地的实际并在充分吸收借鉴国内外的先进经验的基础上，提出了农村金融改革的新建议，从而推动新型城镇化下农村金融改革向更好的方向发展。

Rural Financial Reform under the New Urbanization
-- Taking Mengcheng County as an Example
Abstract
The report of the Eighteenth Nation People’s Congress puts forward for the first time that the new urbanization is not only the carrier of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the key point to realize the transformation of economic development patterns, but also the long-term motivation of China's economic growth. However, pushing forward the construction of the new-type of urbanization is bound to need a lot of finds, thus deepening the rural financial reform is imminent.
This thesis selects the rural financial reform under the new-type urbanization as a starting point. It aims at exploring the preliminary achievement of the current rural financial reforms, and the main problems exposed in the reform. It combines with the financial reform of Mengcheng County to further illustrate the new problems under the condition of the rural financial reform under the new-type urbanization. At the same time, based on the local situation and the advanced experience at home and abroad, it puts forward new suggestions for rural financial reform so as to promote a better development of the rural financial reform under the new-type urbanization.
