摘要:分析旅游者的购买行为、购买方式、旅游信息获得渠道、服务的转变,了解旅游业在网络技术发展的支持下应旅游者的需求,顺应时代的改变摸索出了新的旅游模式,形成了旅游业态创新。新旅游业态依托互联网技术,移动支付实现传统旅游业所没有的方便、快捷与覆盖广等特点,但目前的网络旅游还存在监督机制不完善和网络法律制度不规范等不足。研究旅游者行为与业态创新之间的关系,找出现在网络旅游消费者行为的问题以及研究的空白。以期找到现在旅游经营中的不足。88926
