摘要随着资源匮乏、环境污染问题的日益严峻，节能环保产业逐渐进入大众的视野之中。近年来，国家频繁出台关于节能环保产业的利好政策、逐步加大对环保事业的投入，可见政府对加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业的决心之大。为了对发展节能环保产业提出些建议，本文研究了股市波动对节能环保产业上市公司经营绩效的影响。本文首先建立了评价企业经营绩效的体系并针对股市波动对节能环保产业上市公司影响的传导机制进行探究；其后又采用了51家节能环保概念板块上市公司在2006——2015年间的相关面板数据，实证分析了股市波动对节能环保产业上市公司经营绩效的影响，并针对分析的结果提出相关建议。42795

Title   A Study on Influence of Stock Market Fluctuation on the    Operating Performance of the Listed Companies in Energy Conservation 

and Environmental Protection Industry

Abstract

With the problem of environment pollution and resource shortage becoming more and more serious, energy conservation and environmental protection industry emerged at a historic moment.We can find the government makes a great determination on accelerating the fostering and development of strategic emerging industries from frequent introduction of favorable policies about energy conservation and environmental protection industry and the increasing amount of investment in protecting environment.In order to put forward some suggestions on the development of energy conservation and environmental protection industry, this article studies the influence of stock market fluctuation on the operating performance of the listed companies of energy conservation and environmental protection industry in china.First,this article establishes the evaluation method of operating performance of the listed companies and explores the transmission mechanism of the stock market fluctuation on the operating performance of the listed companies.Then,this article uses the panel model to test empirically the annually date of 51 companies of energy conservation and environmental protection industry in 2006-2015. In the last, this paper provides some suggestions for stock market and the listed companies respectively according to the foregoing theoretical analysis and empirical test.

1.1研究背景与意义

1.1.1研究背景

    1986年9月26日，中国第一个证券交易柜台——上海静安证券业务部开张，这标志着新中国建国来股票交易的开始。那个时候，邓小平还未“南巡”，还未发表重要的“南方谈话”，中国市场姓“资”姓“社”还是一个异常敏感的问题。但就是在这种境况下，新中国的股市开始了最初的萌芽，这仿佛是件不可思议的事情，可也恰恰说明这是市场的选择，说明了证券市场的存在的必要性。20世纪90年代之后，我国的经济迎来了蓬勃的发展，金融市场也在其推动下不断地完善，其中股票市场作为资本市场的主力军 ，发展速度让世人瞩目。沪市、深市两个股票市场在二十来年里走完了西方国家股票市场近百年的发展历程，取得了卓越的成果。如今，我国的股票市场越来越好地发挥着国民经济晴雨表的作用！
