摘要近年来，随着电子商务的快速发展，电子商务技术已快速融入金融、工商业和农业等领域。互联网金融在金融业发展过程中占据着越来越重要的地位，保险业作为金融行业的重要组成，也必将受到互联网的影响，保险电子商务这一新型形态迅速成为市场的另一支柱。尽管近年来保险电子商务取得了优异的成绩，我国的保险电子商务还只是刚刚起步，面临着诸多不容忽视的问题。44049

    本文系运用相关文献分析和问卷调查分析的方法进行研究。首先对互联网保险的概念进行阐释，尤其是如今电子商务下保险业发展现状，然后根据现状和问卷调查的结果，分析互联网保险进一步良性发展存在的障碍以及造成障碍存在的原因，最后提出相应的转型对策并分析。

 Abstract：In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce, e-commerce technology has been rapidly into areas such as finance, commerce and industry and agriculture. Internet financial development in the industry occupies a more and more important status in the process, the insurance financial industry as an important component, also will be affected by the Internet, e-commerce insurance has quickly become the new form another pillar of the market.Although in recent years the insurance e-commerce has made outstanding achievements,but the insurance e-commerce in China has just started,and faces many problems that can’t be ignored.

    This paper uses the analysis method of literature analysis and questionnaire surveyresearch. First explains the concept of Internet insurance, especially now the insurance industry under electronic commerce, then according to the current situation and the results of the questionnaire, analysis of Internet insurance further benign development obstacles and the causes of the obstacles, and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and analysis of transformation.
