摘要经济全球化和信息技术的发展推动了各国跨境电子商务的蓬勃发展，消费者对跨境购物需求的不断增长以及第三方支付市场竞争的日趋白热化，加速了跨境第三方支付业务的发展。本文围绕跨境第三方支付的主题，首先分析国内跨境第三方支付的发展现状并揭示出存在的问题。其次，从发展较早的其他国家的跨境第三方支付业务入手进行深入分析，提出我国发展跨境第三方支付业务的相关对策建议。44239

 Abstract The development of economic globalization and information technology  promotes the vigorous development of the cross-border E-commerce.The growing demand of consumers for cross-border shopping as well as the third party payment market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.All of these accelerate the development of cross-border payment by the third party service.This paper focuses on the theme of cross-border payment by the third party.This paper first analyses the development status of  cross-border payment by the third party and reveals the existing problems.Next, from the development of other countries earlier cross-border third party payment business to start in-depth analysis,this paper proposes some suggestions.
