我国对外直接投资存在的问题及其对策分析
因此如何通过参与国际市场的竞争培养自身的竞争能力，成为中国经济面临的一个亟待解决的问题。其中一个重要的途径就是加强中国对外直接投资，进而占领更多的世界市场。另外，从我国的宏观经济发展来看，对外直接投资是必然的战略选择，是对外贸易战略转型的必经之路。目前我国对外直接投资还存在很多问题，通过分析其现状及特点，针对问题提出相应的对策以推动我国在国际舞台上成为经济强国。本文主要从四个方面入手，第一方面是收集资料了解我国对外直接投资目前的发展现状及其特点分析；第二方面是通过研究当今世界经济发展的全球化趋势，了解我国对外直接投资的必要性；第三方面是通过与发达国家经济发展的差距对比研究目前我国对外直接投资存在的问题；第四方面是在前面分析的基础上，为推动我国对外直接投资提出相应的对策。

Abstract
Under the trend of growing economic globalization, contemporary international closer economic ties, and the competition between countries are increasingly obvious. To measure a country's economic strong growth and competitiveness an important indicator of how much is the country's world-class multinational companies. It is undeniable that China is an economic superpower, but it is not an economic powerhouse, and the one reason is that China lacks a batch of internationally competitive world-class enterprises. So how to participate in the international market competition to develop its own competitive ability, as China's economy is facing a problem to be solved. One important way is to strengthen China's foreign direct investment, which occupy more markets in the world. In addition, from the perspective of macroeconomic development in our country, foreign direct investment is the inevitable strategic choice, strategic transformation path is foreign trade. At present, China's foreign direct investment still exist many problems, through the analysis of its present situation and characteristics, in view of the problem put forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote China's emergence as a global economic power in the international arena. This article mainly from four aspects, the first on the one hand is to collect data to understand the development of China's foreign direct investment and its characteristic analysis; The second aspect is through the study of globalization in today's world economic development trends, understand the necessity of developing Chinese foreign direct investment; The third aspect is the gap with developed countries economic development contrast to research the problems at present, China's foreign direct investment; The fourth aspect is on the basis of previous analysis, in order to promote China's foreign direct investment put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
