摘要:跨太平洋伙伴关系协定,即TPP,在现在的国家环境中,是一个及其重要的国际多边贸易组织。它的产生背景具有其特殊性,因而也和其他的贸易协议不一样。该协议对各国尤其是身为贸易大国的中国具有重大的影响,但是到目前为止中国仍然还没加入TPP。从现阶段来看,TPP对于中国的服装贸易出口不会造成太大的影响,但是从长远的计划来看,由于TPP的成员国当中既有发达国家又有发展中国家,各国之间的贸易可以进行优劣势的互补,所以TPP各国的贸易运行具有其高度的独立性,对于其他国家的需求度不高。这将减弱我国服装贸易出口在美日市场的竞争力,纺织服装产业链遭受冲击,外资纺织服装企业转移加速等影响。基于以上背景,本论文的研究目的正是在于通过对中国服装出口贸易的分析,探讨如何提升中国服装出口贸易的国际竞争力,尤其是在我国未加入TPP的新形势下,如何有效通过推进产品结构调整,加快高新技术普及、产业升级和人才培养等方式抵制TPP成员国对我国服装市场的抢占进一步发展我国的服装出口贸易。47058

Research on the influence of TPP on

China's garment export trade

Abstract: Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement, namely TPP, is an important international multilateral economic negotiations organization, its background has its particularity, and therefore different from other agreements. It is sponsored by the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation member countries of New Zealand, Singapore, Chile and Brunei Shikoku, from 2002 began brewing a free trade agreement multilateral relations, formerly known as the Asia-Pacific free trade zone, aimed at promoting free trade in the Asia-Pacific region of. But so far China has not yet joined TPP. In the short term, TPP export of China's textile industry will not form a significant impact, but in the long run, because the Member States have developed and developing countries together to form and each having from raw materials to finished textile and apparel production capacity, this will form the operating independence between TPP member countries, and to cause the United States and Japan to weaken the competitiveness of the market, the textile and garment industry chain a hit, foreign textile and garment enterprises to accelerate the transfer of China's garment industry and other factors. Based on the above background, the purpose of this paper is that it is through the analysis of Chinese clothing exports, and to explore how to improve China's garment export trade international competitiveness, especially in our country did not join the TPP new situation, how to effectively promote the product through restructuring, accelerate the popularization of high-tech, industrial upgrading and personnel training and other means to resist TPP member countries on China's clothing market to seize the further development of China's garment exports.
